How could I go to Dallas and not go to the famous location of John F. Kennedy's assassination? Dealy Plaza was only nine blocks from my hotel and so I took a walk to check it out. I didn't go to the museum, just to the site.

What surprised me was that the street is actually on a downward slope. I always thought it was a flat route. As the car is passing downhill, the grassy knoll is up to the 1:00 position and the window is at the 4:00 position.

There were some conspiracy experts hawking videos and books. I happen to agree that the idea of the shot coming from the window doesn't make sense. With the back of his head being blown off, that says a front shot to me. But apparently the official files won't be opened until 75 years after the event due to a presidential order by President Johnson.
